Mitch Abblett, PhD
is a clinical psychologist in private practice in the Boston area, and served for over a decade as the Clinical Director of the Manville School – a Harvard Medical School-affiliated therapeutic day school for children with significant learning, behavioral and emotional challenges. He publishes, speaks and consults nationally and internationally about mindfulness and family mental health, among many other topics.
Christopher Willard, PsyD, is a psychologist, author and consultant based in Boston. He publishes and teaches nationally and internationally on mindfulness, professional development, mental health and education, in addition to teaching at Harvard Medical School.
Dr. Willard serves on the board of the Institute for Meditation and Psychotherapy, and is the president of the Mindfulness in Education Network.
