PESI is currently seeking a Continuing Education Program Developer. In this unique position, you’ll work directly with the field’s most talented speakers and trainers to design, build, and market the next cuttingedge educational programs for clinicians around the globe.

Summary:

The Continuing Education Program Developer is responsible for identifying and evaluating opportunities to develop new CE programs for mental health professionals that are both relevant and exciting for therapists to attend.

Additionally, this role involves building relationships with expert speakers, trainers, and authors in the field, assisting them in the design of seminars and online courses, developing clear marketing strategies and compelling sales copy, and collaborating with a small, close-knit team of professionals who have a passion for mental health education.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify the latest trends, techniques, approaches, topics, and voices in the field of mental health and psychotherapy that are most relevant to clinicians in the field.
  • Turn those ideas into compelling seminars, courses, and training programs that mental health professionals will find useful and want to attend
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing speakers
  • Create data-driven direct mail and digital marketing campaigns through writing compelling sales copy and determining the most pertinent target audience
  • Maintain a robust knowledge of the field of psychotherapy and the needs of mental health professionals
  • Analyze effectiveness of marketing strategies and align future campaigns with current data and trends.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively by creating goals for yourself, meeting deadlines, and communicating ideas clearly to team members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • Licensed or license-eligible mental health professionals preferred
  • Experience in one or more areas: of marketing, sales, business development, product development, or business ownership is preferred
  • Budgeting, analysis, and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Availability to respond to evening/weekend calls or email should a speaker emergency arise (travel, illness, etc.)
  • Flexibility to be both self-motivated and excel in a team environment
  • A keen entrepreneurial drive; a willingness to take risks and be creative
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with great attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving skills in a challenging and fast paced environment
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications
  • Some travel required; up to 15%

Requirements
  • College Degree in Marketing or related field and/or relevant sales/marketing experience

You’ll be joining a dynamic and fun team of marketers that are passionate about creating world-class innovative digital marketing solutions to drive revenue and customer satisfaction. You’ll play a crucial role in helping our team to reach the right people at the right time with the right message.

Responsibilities:   

      • Extensive knowledge and proficiency inHubSpot. Create, deploy and manage workflows, sequences, email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action etc. within the HubSpot CRM platform.
      • Collaborate with content strategists to develop optimized marketing & automation campaign strategy.
      • Manage data in HubSpot Dashboards by developing reports, analytic dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity and execute data migration/audit projects.
      • Provide training to internal and external users on HubSpot CRM platform tools.
      • Create, update and deploy HubSpotbased web templates, landing pages, email templates and forms.
      • Oversee the creation and management of HubSpot properties with Contact, Company and Deal records.
      • Support request from team members and clients on HubSpot questions via ticketing system, phone calls and email.
      • Maintain ongoing communications withHubSpot support (Client Success Manager, Sales, and Customer Service Help Desk) for system updates and support, including but not limited to beta testing, best practices, and remain current on latest innovations/product releases.
      Requirements:

      • 3+ years’ experience as a HubSpot Administrator
      • College Degree in Marketing, Computer Science or related field and relevant sales/marketing experience.
      • Experience with list building, segmentation, automation workflows, e-mail and campaign setup and deployment (not creating content or design), identify lead-scoring rules based on online behavior, internal data, profiling, and other data points that show interest and intent within Hubspot.
      • Ability to communicate complex issues, plus how to implement workflows/solutions to prevent issues in the future
      • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment
      • Strong organizational capabilities and ability to manage multiple time-critical projects
      • Self-starter who can work independently and proactively to resolve issues, take ownership of projects and processes

Preferred Skills:

      • HubSpot Certifications (PLUS)
      • Experience with Google Analytics orother web analytics service.
      • HTML experience with the ability toc ode and debug emails and webpages using an HTML editor, i.e. Dreamweaver.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for creating, writing, editing, publishing and sharing on-brand daily content (e.g., original text, blogs, images, video, HTML) that expands social reach, builds meaningful engagement with our audience and drives revenue.
  • Set up and optimize social content on media sites within each platform for both organic and paid efforts (including but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube).

The Webinar Coordinator has a direct impact on the learner experiences delivered during PESI webinar broadcasts. This position is responsible for daily planning, production and execution of live webinars across the U.S. and U.K. The ideal candidate will be able to manage live digital events that include remote presenters and audience interactivity. This involves supporting presenters by providing technical guidance, assisting with day of issues, and addressing attendee concerns.


Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and configure webinar events through an online platform
  • Prepare and give instruction to presenters regarding webinar events
  • Launch and execute a live virtual event using Zoom or a similar online platform
  • Provide tech support to presenters and attendees the day of the event
  • Manage webinar interactivity: chat capabilities, polling, online Q&A, breakout rooms
  • Generate postproduction reports and deliver to the necessary stakeholders
  • Provide a high degree of customer service when working with presenters
  • Other duties as assigned and needed of the business.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent work experience in a broadcast production, service, A/V or tech-related field.
  • Proven success in fast-paced, live event production environments.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, prioritization, self-motivated and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems.
  • Possess strong decision-making skills.
