[+] [-] Email Marketing Strategist & Copywriter (remote or in-office)
Career Opportunity: Email Marketing Strategist & Copywriter (remote or in-office)

Wanted:
An email marketer who thrives on writing emails and creating funnels that generate immediate sales.

What We Do:
PESI is the world’s leading provider of continuing education for mental health, healthcare, and rehab professionals. We work with renowned mental health advocates and New York Times best-selling authors such as: Brené Brown, Tony Robbins, Lori Gottlieb, David Burns, Taraji P. Henson, Malcolm Gladwell, Bessel van der Kolk, Daniel Siegel, and more. Since 1979, our cutting-edge trainings have provided practical guidance and new techniques to clinicians to better help the populations they serve.

Our work changes lives… millions of lives each year. Knowing we’re making a difference is what drives us to do more each day to achieve our nonprofit mission of connecting knowledge with need.

What You Would Do:
We are looking for a wildly creative and talented email marketer who is innately curious about mental health. The person in this position should have outstanding copywriting skills, strong business acumen and enjoy working in a team environment. Most importantly, this marketer must tap into their entrepreneurial spirit and data-driven business sense to guide decisions rather than digital marketing "best practices."

  • Create and execute impactful email marketing campaigns and funnels
  • Write compelling copy that builds trust and drives readers to register for trainings that will enhance their practice
  • Collaborate with SEO/SEM and social media teams to create omni-channel digital marketing strategies
  • Measure email performance and use metrics to drive informed marketing decisions
  • Test new strategies to build audiences, increase engagement and boost reach
  • Coordinate and align marketing efforts with business operations to launch new training events and products
Requirements:
  • College Degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism or related field and/or relevant sales experience
  • Proven success with writing that compels action (if nurture emails are your thing, this isn’t the role for you)
  • Ability to measure email performance using analytics tools and sales reports
  • Ability to articulate strategy and tell stories with data
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, as well as collaboratively in a team environment

What Would Thrill Us:
  • HubSpot Certifications
  • Experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics service
  • Beginner to intermediate HTML experience with the ability to code and debug emails and webpages using an HTML editor, i.e. Dreamweaver
  • Graphic design skills

Perks:
  • Remote or hybrid; flexible schedule
  • Be part of a supportive, fun team
  • Generous benefits package
  • Incentive plan
  • 401(k) with above-market match that immediately vests
  • Professional development opportunities and tuition assistance

This position is full time, 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday). Our headquarters are in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, with employees both nationally and internationally. Candidates must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States following an offer of employment.
